Vibe Coders Club

Privacy policy

The short version

This website collects no data about you. No forms, no cookies, no analytics, and nothing at all is loaded from third-party servers: no fonts, no scripts, no embedded video.

That's why there's no cookie banner asking your permission. It isn't an oversight — there is nothing to consent to.

The only thing that happens

If you write to hola@thevibecodersclub.com, we process your email address and whatever you tell us in order to reply. Nothing else. The lawful basis is your own interest in getting an answer (GDPR art. 6.1.b and 6.1.f).

Controller: Fernando Angulo. Emails are kept for as long as the conversation lasts plus a reasonable period, and deleted on request.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web server, it processes the request in order to serve you the page. We have no analytics enabled and keep no logs that identify you.

What about children's data?

There is none here. This site is informational and is not the environment where students create.

Student data is processed in El Taller, the programme's environment, and there the controller is the school or the family, not us: we act as data processor. How that works is explained on the safety page.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection by writing to hola@thevibecodersclub.com. We reply within a month, usually within days.

If you think we've got it wrong, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
